Returns Policy

Please take care when opening your artwork to ensure you do not damage the art, and preserve the integrity of the packaging material. Do not use a blade that protrudes out more than 5mm.

If there is damage to the artwork please see Damage to the Artwork below. If after receiving the artwork you decide that you want to return it, you must notify me of your intent to do so via email within 7 days of delivery receipt, please see Returning Artwork below.

Damage to the Artwork;

If there is damage to the artwork identified on opening of package please do the following.

Contact me immediately via email at suzanne@svaughanart.com describing the damage and include photos that clearly show the damage to the artwork and packaging. This shall be done within 5 days of delivery receipt. Include the order information in your correspondence.

Keep the packaging materials as they will be used to return the artwork. You will be emailed the Fedex return shipping label and the instructions for returning the artwork.

Upon return receipt, I will inspect to ensure it is in the condition as stated in the original notification of damage email.  I will send you email verification of this and Store Credit for the full amount paid for the artwork.

Returning Artwork;

If you decide you want to return the artwork you must notify me of your intent to do so via email within 7 days of delivery receipt, do not return the artwork without first notifying me via email at suzanne@svaughanart.com. Include the order information and reason for returning in your email. You will be emailed the Fedex return shipping label and the instructions for returning the artwork. If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt you will not be eligible for store credit.

Upon receipt I will inspect the artwork to ensure it is in as new condition. You will be sent email verification and Store Credit for the full amount paid for the artwork less the cost of return shipping. If the returned artwork is damaged during return shipping, and that is directly attributed to your use of inadequate materials or insufficient packaging of the artwork, you forfeit all rights to a refund or store credit. You will be notified of this via email with photographic evidence

 

Store Credit; Store credit can be applied to an order for one artwork of equal or greater value. You will be sent instructions in the email on how to use your store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months and must be used by the date specified in your Store Credit email notification.
