“Wandering Stream” is an original oil painting from my series of contemporary abstract landscapes. This series is inspired by the natural world, the contours of the land and hills, the sky’s atmosphere and cloud formations, the flow of the sea and rivers. These shapes and forms are abstracted to their energetic essence and combined with the vibrant colors that I love so much.

Wandering Stream has a modern minimal aesthetic and was inspired by the beautiful scenery of the Pacific Northwest. It captures warm earthy tones glowing in rich greens and reddish brown against the vibrant turquoise blue of a stream weaving its way through the landscape.

24”H x 44”W x 1.25”  gallery wrapped canvas with the edges painted white. It is finished with a layer of protective varnish giving the surface a smooth satin finish.
